No smoking, pets, parties or events are permitted at the villa.

For safety reasons, we do not allow children under 12. Please contact us with any questions or requests for exceptions.

Cancellation policy:

• Full refund if cancelled more than 60 days prior to arrival date;

• 50% refund if cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival date;

• No refund for cancellations within 30 days of arrival date.
